What you need before the first event: a corporate account or invitation, a role, event assignment and a prepared iPhone.

New customers and members of an event team
Before you start
You use a corporate email address or received a personal invitation to an organization or directly to an event.
Steps
- Register with your corporate email address and confirm it through the one-time link. Personal email providers are not accepted.
- The first confirmed address for a corporate domain prepares a new organization. Further confirmed users from the same domain send a join request for an organization admin to approve. Alternatively, open a personal invitation to an existing event.
- Sign in to web administration or the iOS app with your personal account and check the organization, role and assigned event.
- Download the complete event in the app before working at a booth without reliable connectivity.
Expected result
The event appears in the app. After the complete download, the app shows whether it is ready for offline use.
If it does not work
- If the invitation is missing, contact the responsible organization or event admin.
- If the event is missing, check the event assignment; organization membership alone is not enough.
- Never send your password or activation link to support.
What DRADEO does not do automatically
Entering an organization or event ID does not grant access. Roles and assignments are checked by the server.
