Frequently asked questions
Does DRADEO accept recognised badge details automatically?
No. The app makes suggestions. The team reviews and corrects the contact details before completing the contact.
Can the team capture contacts without a stable internet connection?
Yes. Once the event has been downloaded in full, new contacts remain on the iPhone first. The app shows whether they are only on this device, waiting for transfer or already available to the team.
Does a recorded contact preference automatically authorise marketing?
No. DRADEO records the selected contact preference separately with the displayed text, capture method and time. The organisation remains responsible for defining permitted further use.
