The workflow

  1. 01

    Define the conversation goal

Decide before the event which details your team needs to assess the opportunity and agree the next step.

  2. 02

    Choose the right questions

Use choices, free text, numbers, dates, ratings, country, email or phone to match your sales process.

  3. 03

    Create a clear order

Arrange questions, guidance and answer choices so the stand team can move through the conversation with confidence.

  4. 04

Make it ready for the event

Publish the finished lead form for the team. Later changes do not alter conversations that have already been completed.

  5. 05

    Type or speak

Answers can be entered manually or spoken offline on the iPhone. The suggestions wait until a person confirms them, even when the conversation and form use different languages.

  6. 06

    Review every answer

Every suggestion stays editable and becomes part of the event contact only after review.

Frequently asked questions

Which answers can the lead form collect?

Options include single and multiple choice, yes or no, text, number, date, rating, product interest, country, email, phone and follow-up date.

What happens if we change the lead form later?

The team receives the newly published version for future conversations. Completed conversations retain the questions and answers used at the time.

Can every question depend on a previous answer?

The current scope guides the team through clearly ordered questions and choices. Freely branching conversation paths are not part of the current commitment.
