Frequently asked questions
Who can export event leads?
Organisation admins can export within their organisation. Event managers can export only from events assigned to them.
Do CSV and XLSX contain different leads?
No. Both formats contain the same authorised contacts from the selected event. Only the file format changes.
Is the download already an automatic system connection?
No. CSV and XLSX are files for your next work step. Automatic transfer to a CRM is not part of this export.
