Sign-in and account security
Personal invitations, secure passwords and revocable sessions protect access to organizations and events.

Before you start
You use your personal email address rather than a shared team login.
Steps
- Activate the account only through your one-time invitation link.
- Use a password of at least twelve UTF-8 bytes without leading or trailing spaces.
- Enable available additional sign-in methods only on a trusted device.
- Report lost devices or unexpected sessions immediately and have an admin revoke access.
Expected result
The active session is tied to the personal account and can be ended by the server after role, membership or device revocation.
If it does not work
- For an expired link, an admin requests a new invitation or you use password reset.
- Use the password field’s show/hide action to check typing without sharing the password.
- Support never asks for a password, passkey, token or complete activation link.
What DRADEO does not do automatically
Passkey, Microsoft and Apple sign-in appear only where the provider is fully configured and verified. Matching email addresses never link accounts automatically.
