Make an event ready
An event is ready offline when team, published form, badge configuration, contact preferences and assets form one complete package.
Who this is for
Organization and event admins
Before you start
Event details and at least one active team assignment exist.
Steps
- Check the event name, dates and time zone.
- Publish complete lead-form, badge and contact-preference revisions.
- Activate the combined event package and assign the required team members.
- Open the event on each device and run the readiness check while connected.
Expected result
The app shows “Offline ready” and stores the complete matching configuration on the device.
If it does not work
- “Configuration error” means at least one component is missing, incompatible or could not be validated securely.
- After a new revision, load the event again before going offline.
- Pending lead uploads are separate from configuration download and do not delete a local draft.
What DRADEO does not do automatically
A form or badge alone does not make an event ready offline. Only an atomically confirmed complete package counts.
