Voice Autofill is in development. After a conversation, the stand team speaks a short summary. DRADEO recognises the details offline on the iPhone and suggests suitable answers for the existing lead form. The recording, recognised text and suggestions stay on the device.

The workflow

Follow the example
The event briefing uses the actual questions to show how to state the conversation note, qualification and follow-up briefly.

Choose the spoken language
The stand team selects the language it actually speaks. It may differ from the language of the lead form.

Summarise the conversation
Short, complete sentences make matching easier, for example: “Conversation note: Send a quote. Follow-up requested: Yes.”

Keep working without reception
DRADEO processes the recording offline on the iPhone, without sending it to the cloud.

View suggestions in the lead form
DRADEO suggests answers only for questions and choices that already exist. Unclear details remain empty.

Review every answer
The stand team confirms, corrects or rejects each suggestion separately. Only confirmed answers are added to the event contact.

Frequently asked questions
Does Voice Autofill require an internet connection?
No. Processing runs on a supported iPhone and works without reliable reception. The event and its lead form must already be available on the device.
Does DRADEO save spoken information automatically?
No. Everything remains a suggestion until a person has reviewed each value. Contact preferences and permissions are never set by voice.
Can the spoken and form languages be different?
Yes. When someone answers in Spanish, DRADEO can suggest the matching choice in a German lead form. Free text stays in the Spanish original and is not translated automatically; uncertain details remain empty.
