The camera helps the user photograph the badge steadily, straight and completely within the frame.

Receive suggestions
The badge photo remains on the iPhone while DRADEO proposes the visible details for the prepared fields.

Review the details
Every field stays editable. The team adds missing information and corrects details that were read or assigned incorrectly.

Complete the contact safely
The team accepts the details only after review. If the badge does not match, the complete manual contact flow remains available.

Frequently asked questions
Does one badge template fit every event?
No. Add a suitable sample for each different badge layout and mark the visible fields for that event.
Does the app accept read details automatically?
No. First name, last name, company, role and contact details remain suggestions until a person has reviewed and confirmed them.
What happens when a badge cannot be read?
The team can enter all contact details manually. Missing or uncertain recognition does not prevent the contact from being captured.
