Frequently asked questions
Can every event be used offline immediately?
No. Download the published event fully to the iPhone before the show. The app shows whether the event is ready for offline use.
Is a contact stored on the device already available to the team?
Not yet. The app clearly distinguishes “only on this device”, “transfer pending” and “available to the team”.
What happens when two versions do not match?
DRADEO shows the difference for deliberate review. Personal details are never silently replaced by another version.
