Organization admins, event managers and the capture team have clearly separated tasks and access.

Before you start
The personal account is active and belongs to an organization.
Steps
- Organization admins manage the organization, its members and all of its events.
- Event managers configure and export only the events assigned to them.
- Capture team members record and qualify leads at their events and normally see their own leads.
- Always assign only the responsibility needed for the task.
Expected result
Each person sees only the tasks and event data covered by their role and event assignment.
If it does not work
- After a role change, refresh the event or sign in again if the display remains stale.
- For missing functions, first check the event assignment and active role.
- If access is still wrong, ask the responsible admin to check the assignment.
What DRADEO does not do automatically
A visible menu item alone never grants extra access. DRADEO keeps organizations and events separate.
