Manage and export leads
Authorized admins search event leads and create event-bound CSV or XLSX exports.
Who this is for
Organization admins and assigned event admins
Before you start
Leads are synchronized on the server and the account has the required event permission.
Steps
- Open the required event in web administration.
- Filter and review leads, qualification, answers and documented contact preferences.
- Choose CSV or XLSX and create the export within your allowed event scope.
- Transfer the file only through your organization’s approved process and remove local copies as required.
Expected result
The export follows the defined schema, is protected against spreadsheet formulas and remains limited to the permitted event data.
If it does not work
- Missing leads may still be local or waiting in a synchronization queue.
- If export access is missing, check role, event assignment and plan entitlement.
- Use synthetic records for diagnosis instead of real visitor exports.
What DRADEO does not do automatically
Export is not automatic CRM transfer. DRADEO does not send files autonomously to Salesforce, Mailchimp or other third parties.
