Document contact preferences
Voluntary contact and newsletter preferences are recorded separately from the contact and are never preselected.
Who this is for
Event admins and capture users
Before you start
Reviewed texts with purpose, language and version are published for the event.
Steps
- Show the person the clear text configured for the event.
- Let them actively make each voluntary choice; newsletter remains optional and unselected.
- Store the decision with purpose, text version, language, method, status and time.
- Capture the lead correctly even when no voluntary contact permission is given.
Expected result
Contact details and documented preferences remain separate, versioned and auditable.
If it does not work
- If the correct text is missing, stop only this optional step and inform the event admin.
- Do not change an already shown text retrospectively; publish a new revision.
- The responsible organization must review legal questions.

DRADEO documents the choice shown. Configuration does not replace legal review, and a captured lead is not automatic marketing permission.
