Use the lead form
The published lead form guides booth staff through the event questions in a fixed order.
Who this is for
Capture users and event admins
Before you start
A complete form revision is published and loaded in the active event package.
Steps
- Open the lead form after reviewing contact details.
- Complete required fields and add relevant optional details.
- Review selections, dates, ratings and free text before completion.
- Add qualification, a note and an optional follow-up date.
Expected result
Answers are stored in the local lead draft together with the exact form revision.
If it does not work
- A required field prevents completion until it has a valid value.
- After a published change, existing leads remain tied to their original revision.
- For unsuitable questions, admins edit the web draft and deliberately publish a new revision.
What DRADEO does not do automatically
The app does not invent answers or silently translate customer form content. Confirmed content remains traceable.
