Fill a form by voice
Voice Autofill turns short spoken statements into reviewable suggestions for suitable form fields, entirely on the device.
Who this is for
Capture users running a supported iOS beta build
Before you start
An event with a published lead form is loaded and the “Fill by voice” action is available in the installed build.
Steps
- Open the lead form and start “Fill by voice”.
- Speak briefly and unambiguously; you may use German, English, Spanish, Italian or French even when the form displays another supported language.
- Stop recording and review every suggested value together with its target field.
- Accept only matching suggestions, then add or correct the remaining values manually.
Expected result
Only confirmed values enter the local lead draft; audio and transcript never leave the device.
If it does not work
- Use short statements with clear field references and avoid several contradictory values.
- Review ambiguous dates, numbers and choices carefully and enter them manually when needed.
- If the action or recording permission is unavailable, use manual entry and check build, device language and microphone permission.
What DRADEO does not do automatically
Structured answers are matched through the published field and option identifiers even when spoken and form languages differ. Free text stays in the spoken original and is not silently translated. Voice Autofill never changes contact identity, consent, ownership or synchronization status.
