Invite or import a team for an event
Admins assign people to a specific event and review a CSV import in full before invitations or roles are applied.
Who this is for
Organization admins and assigned event admins
Before you start
The event and its team exist, and your personal account is allowed to manage that event team.
Steps
- Open the event team. Invite one person using their personal email address or download the CSV template.
- Use exactly the columns display_name, email and role in the CSV. Each file supports up to 200 people with event_user or event_admin.
- Load the preview first. Review new invitations, assignments of existing accounts, unchanged rows and errors separately.
- Correct every error. Confirm the import explicitly only when people, event roles and totals are correct.
Expected result
New people receive an invitation; existing accounts are assigned to the selected event team. Unchanged rows have no additional effect.
If it does not work
- For a row error, check the display name, email address and allowed event role.
- If the preview has expired or become stale, upload the same corrected file again for a new preview.
- If the event is missing in the app, check the active team assignment; organization membership alone is not enough.
What DRADEO does not do automatically
The preview does not change membership. An event role applies only to the selected event and does not grant organization-wide admin rights.
