Smart City Expo World Congress
Prepare for a focused event day
The event lead form should separate project stage, subject area, procurement or partnership role and the next exchange. That structure helps classify policy, technical and commercial conversations without prematurely treating every contact as a sales opportunity.
International teams can capture a short conversation summary locally on the iPhone in the language actually spoken. Field assignment remains a suggestion and is reviewed before completion together with badge details and optional contact preferences.
DRADEO is an independent lead capture platform. A partnership with the organiser is only stated when it is documented.
For your event team
Stay in the conversation and still capture what matters.
DRADEO brings capture into one clear flow, so your team can listen to the person in front of them without losing the agreed next step.
- Photograph the badge instead of typing every detail.
- Review suggestions together before they become a contact.
- Keep the conversation note and next action with the contact.
